36+ production lines across two factories. R&D to mass production at industrial scale.
Two core processes for different product requirements โ from thin-wall precision to thick-wall structure.
Our flagship process for high-precision molded pulp. Pulp slurry is vacuum-formed on a mesh mold, then hot-pressed between heated metal dies under high pressure. The result: smooth surface on both sides, crisp edges, tight tolerances, and the ability to hold fine embossing detail down to 0.2mm.
Traditional thick-wall process for protective and structural packaging. After vacuum forming, the wet preform is transferred to a hot press for drying and shaping. Produces robust 2-5mm walls ideal for heavy items, industrial cushioning, and structural packaging where impact absorption matters more than surface finish.
Material science, fiber blending, and coating development under one roof.
