MOQ depends on the process: Wet-press: 5,000–10,000 units per SKU. Dry-press: 1,000–5,000 units per SKU. For first-time sample orders, we can produce as few as 50–100 units for evaluation. We're flexible — tell us your target volume and we'll find a solution.

Standard terms: 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment (T/T). For established relationships we offer Net 30 on TT. L/C at sight available for orders above $50,000. We also accept Alibaba Trade Assurance for first-time buyers.

CNC prototype mold: 5–7 working days. Suitable for concept validation and small pre-production runs. Production metal mold: 10–20 working days depending on complexity. Hot-press wet molds take longer than dry-press due to precision requirements. Mold life: 500,000+ cycles for wet-press, 200,000+ for dry-press.

Primary fibers: Bagasse (sugarcane), bamboo pulp, recycled kraft paper, wood pulp (FSC-certified). We blend fibers to achieve specific properties — bagasse for smoothness, bamboo for strength, recycled for cost optimization. All materials are compostable and PFAS-free. We can also add water-based barrier coatings (oil/grease/water resistance) upon request.

Yes — we offer Pantone-matched dyeing of the pulp itself (not surface paint — color goes through the material). This means no peeling, no fading, fully compostable. Available in both wet-press and dry-press. Minimum order for custom color: 10,000 units. We also offer water-based printing (flexo/screen) for logos and graphics.

Yes — we offer full design service from concept to prototype. Send us your product (or 3D file + weight) and we'll propose structural designs optimized for protection, aesthetics, and cost. Our in-house design team uses SolidWorks and Rhino 3D. Design fee: waived for orders above 50,000 units; otherwise $200–500 per SKU (credited against tooling if you proceed).

Wet-press supports fine embossing down to 0.2mm depth with crisp edges — ideal for logos, textures, patterns. Dry-press supports deeper relief (1–5mm) but with softer edges. We can emboss your logo, brand name, or decorative pattern directly into the pulp — no ink or label needed. This is one of our signature capabilities.

Yes — we offer hot stamping in gold, silver, and copper foil. Best results on wet-press smooth surfaces. Foil areas recommended below 20% of total surface for best adhesion. Hot stamping adds 7–10 days to lead time and approximately $0.05–0.15 per unit depending on foil area.

After mold completion: 15–25 working days for standard orders (up to 100,000 units). Larger quantities scale proportionally. Rush orders: +30% surcharge, 10–12 working days. We'll give you a precise timeline in the quotation phase.

FOB Shenzhen/Yantian is our default. Also available: EXW (factory pickup), CIF (to your destination port), DDP (delivered duty paid) for select markets. We ship globally — our main export markets are Europe, North America, Japan, Korea, and the Middle East.

Molded pulp products are nested and stacked to maximize container utilization. Standard packing: PE bag inner + export corrugated carton outer. Palletized on fumigated wooden pallets. Typical container load: 80,000–200,000 units per 40'HC depending on product size. We optimize stacking patterns during design phase to minimize your freight cost.

Yes. Our uncoated products are TÜV Austria OK Compost INDUSTRIAL certified (EN 13432). They break down within 12 weeks in commercial composting. Coated products (water-based barrier only) are also compostable — the coating is starch-based and biodegradable. Home compost certification is in progress (expected Q4 2026). None of our products contain PFAS.

We hold FDA 21 CFR, EU 1935/2004, LFGB (Germany), and BRCGS Packaging (AA Grade). Annual third-party migration testing by certified laboratories. Full test reports available to verified buyers under NDA. See our Certifications page for details.

We provide cradle-to-gate carbon footprint data per product family. Compared to equivalent plastic packaging, our molded pulp products typically show 60–80% lower carbon footprint and 90%+ lower fossil resource depletion. Detailed LCA reports available for orders above 100,000 units.
