How We Work
From your first inquiry to final delivery — transparent, predictable, no surprises.
6-Stage Delivery Process
1
Inquiry & Requirement
- Send your drawings, photos, or reference samples
- We ask 8 key questions: product type, dimensions, material preference, quantity, target budget, certification needs, color/finish, packaging requirements
- Within 24 hours: Preliminary feasibility assessment and ballpark pricing
2
Design & Quotation
- Our mold design team creates 3D model based on your specs
- Material recommendation: bagasse, bamboo, recycled paper, or custom fiber blend
- Formal quotation includes: unit price × MOQ, tooling cost, sampling timeline, mass production lead time
- Typical: 2-3 business days from confirmed specs to formal quote
3
Sampling (3 Rounds)
- Round 1 — Structural (7-10 days): Test fit, shape, basic dimensions
- Round 2 — Finishing (5-7 days): Surface texture, color matching, embossing precision
- Round 3 — Gold Sample (5-7 days): Exact production spec, signed off for mass production
- Each round: we ship samples to you; you test and provide feedback
4
Production
- Dedicated production line assigned to your project
- Real-time progress updates — photos/video every 3 days
- In-line QC at 3 checkpoints: raw pulp mixing → wet forming → drying & finishing
- Cycle time: 15-20 days for up to 500K units; 25-30 days for larger volumes
5
Quality Inspection
- Final QC: AQL 2.5 Level II (standard) or AQL 1.5 (premium/food-grade)
- Third-party inspection available: SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas
- Certificate package: MSDS, EN 13432 compost cert, FSC chain-of-custody, food-grade compliance docs
- You approve shipment release — we don't ship until you say go
6

What We Don't Do
Service boundaries — clarity builds trust:
- We don't accept rush orders under 7 days — quality takes time
- We don't copy patented designs without written authorization from the patent holder
- We don't work with entities in sanctioned countries or industries (compliance is non-negotiable)
- We don't use non-certified recycled content for food-contact products
FAQ
How long from first inquiry to first sample?
Typically 10-14 days: 2-3 days for design and quotation + 7-10 days for first round structural sample.
What if the sample doesn't meet expectations?
Round 2 revisions are included at no additional cost. Round 3 (gold sample) is also covered unless the specification changed from the original brief. Most projects are signed off by Round 2.
Can you match a specific Pantone color?
Yes — we achieve ΔE ≤ 2.0 tolerance on molded pulp surfaces. Custom pigmentation available for orders above 20,000 units.
What certifications come with your products?
EN 13432 (industrial compostability), ASTM D6400, OK Compost, FSC chain-of-custody. Food-grade products include FDA 21 CFR and EU 1935/2004 compliance documentation.
Do you do OEM private label for small brands?
Yes. For standard catalog products, private label minimum is 1,000 units with custom packaging. For complete custom molds, MOQ starts at 5,000 units. All projects include a full confidentiality agreement.
How do you handle shipping and logistics?
We offer FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou, CIF to your port, or DDP to your door. We work with major freight forwarders and can use your nominated forwarder. Consolidated shipping available for multi-SKU orders.
